Delivery and Shipping Options

Purchased goods are usually delivered via DPD Courier / DPD Pickup Points / AlzaBox throughout Slovakia free of charge (applies to parcels up to 30 kg in total weight) regardless of size or price. Shipping for orders over 30 kg is charged according to the current carrier’s rate.

If needed, you can also pick up your order in person at our warehouse in Bratislava-Petržalka. This delivery option is available only to registered customers. Register for free and gain more benefits on the ITzoo.sk e-shop.

Payment for Goods

You can pay for the goods purchased from us in cash/by card to the courier upon delivery, by bank transfer, or by online card payment.

Warranty

All our products come with a 1-year warranty, or 2 years for Category A products. For more information, click on the details about product categories (Grade).

Photos of Specific Devices

We do not send photos of specific items or individual damages for capacity and staffing reasons. As a customer, you have 14 days to return the goods without giving a reason.

Buyback of Devices from End Customers

We do not buy back devices from end customers. Not even as a trade-in for your order.
