Delivery of goods and shipping options

We usually deliver purchased goods via DPD courier / DPD Pickup points / AlzaBox throughout Slovakia free of charge (valid for shipments up to a total weight of 30 kg), regardless of size or price. Shipping for orders over 30 kg is charged according to the carrier’s current price list.

If needed, you can also pick up your order in person at our warehouse in Bratislava-Petržalka. This shipping option is available only to registered customers. Register for free and get additional benefits on the ITzoo.sk e-shop.

Payment for goods

You can pay for goods purchased from us in cash/by card to the courier upon delivery, by bank transfer, or by online payment card.

Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty on all our products, or 2 years for Grade A goods. For more information, click on the information about product grades.

Photos of specific device units

We do not send photos of specific units or specific damage due to capacity and staffing reasons. As a customer, you have 14 days to return the goods without giving a reason.

Purchasing devices from end customers

We do not purchase devices from end customers. Not even as a trade-in for your order.
