What are refurbished computers, laptops, and IT equipment?
Refurbished IT equipment refers to IT products that have been used for varying periods of time in large companies and corporate environments. A large number of refurbished laptops have actually only been used a few times, which is why in most cases they look almost like new.
All devices have their data completely erased, are certified tested, and undergo a complete external and internal audit. View our offer of refurbished laptops.
What is the difference between a repasovaný and a refurbished laptop?
There is absolutely no difference. These are identical terms. In our offer, you will not find any second-hand marketplace goods, and we also do not operate a buyback service.
What are wear categories?
Wear categories represent the visual condition of the devices. The visual condition has no impact on functionality, which is always 100%.
- Grade A - excellent visual condition, 2-year warranty
- Grade B - very good visual condition, 1-year warranty
- Grade C - satisfactory visual condition, 1-year warranty
How can I find out about new stock as soon as possible?
We inform our customers about every interesting new product in our newsletter. We will never share your contact details with third parties.
Do you provide a warranty on refurbished goods?
We thoroughly inspect every piece of refurbished equipment and guarantee its quality. We provide a 2-year warranty on Grade A products and a 1-year warranty on the others.

Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a physical store. You can pick up your order in person at our warehouse in Bratislava, only for registered customers. Personal pickup is free of charge.
How much does shipping cost?
- DPD courier - €3.49 or FREE for orders over €250
- DPD Pickup / AlzaBox - €1 or FREE for orders over €250
- Personal pickup - free of charge, only for registered customers

How can I return goods?
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send the goods back to our address or bring them in person to the address of our premises.

How many natural resources do we save by buying a refurbished laptop?
The production of a new device consumes up to 1,200 kg of raw materials, 190,000 litres of water, and produces around 300 kg of CO2. A refurbished laptop saves up to 90% of these resources while extending the life of the equipment.
