Visual comparisons of wear and tear.
To help you better imagine what these visual imperfections may look like, we have prepared a series of comparisons and a short video where you can learn more.
Due to the large number of devices, it is impossible to photograph every single unit. Our devices undergo a full certified audit and a long series of tests, during which we check all aspects of functionality and appearance. These processes are extremely strict, which is why we stand behind the quality of our products.
Touchpad wear and tear
In the image, you can see a comparison between Grade A and Grade B. The touchpad shows signs of frequent use. With use, the surface becomes smoother and some areas may appear glossy. This wear has no impact on the functionality of the device.
Display wear and tear
In the image, we compare Grade A with Grade B. Minor scratches, a bright spot, or keyboard marks on the display are common signs of wear after long-term device use. This wear has no impact on the functionality of the device.
Wear and tear of the body or chassis
